As our Sr. Recruiter based in Tucson or Phoenix, AZ, your mission will be to assess our current and future manpower needs and to fill open positions in a timely manner using both traditional and creative sourcing methods to find active and passive candidates. You will be expected to have balance of sound recruiting fundamentals, strategy, process, and management to meet our aggressive hiring objectives. Your sound judgment will assist you in screening and interviewing applicants and selecting candidates for hire. Your high degree of organization will be crucial for tracking candidates, analyzing cost per hire, and maintaining other administrative aspects of the position. You will be working closely with various levels of management in all functional areas and your ability to understand their unique needs and to locate individuals with matching skills, backgrounds, and personalities will help you fill our jobs and retain employees. A high degree of professionalism and the ability to market our company will be necessary, as you will be the first person with whom a prospective employee interacts in this high profile, forward-facing role.
