Response Center Specialist

About the Job

Qualified candidates will communicate well with customers on the phone using proper phone etiquette, providing excellent customer service.  Will respond to email inquiries in writing.  Will track daily activities for reporting purposes.  Will obtain and retain programs and resource informaton as updates occur.

 

Requirements:

Excellent oral communication skills for speaking to customers via phone and in person.

Excellent written communication skills for responding to customers email inquiries.

Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows program (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Leadership skills and the ability to initiate where necessary in carrying out day-to-day duties.
