Restaurant Assistant Manager

Great opportunity for Quick Service Restaurant Assistant Manager (Senior Shift leaders are encouraged to apply)!

Fatburger (Quick Service Restaurant Chain) established in 1952 with locations across the US and internationally is looking for dynamic Restaurant Assistant Managers for its Las Vegas Market.  We are looking for Managers who are passionate about customer service, product quality, and people development.  

Responsibilities: Simple!

·    Assist GM to Grow and Maintain Sales

·    Execute Costs Control measures

·    Assist in building an awesome team

·    Execute and maintain food safety standards

·    Uphold federal, state and local employment laws

·    Serve our guest as if they were your own

·    Have fun!

Requirements and Experience:

·    Extroverted Individuals

·    3+ years restaurant management experience (recent, <3yrs old) required (in a Quick Service, Fast Casual, or Fast Food Restaurants Chain desired)

·    Excellent customer service skills & execution

·    Strong communication skills

·    Proficient in use of computer

·    Strong Leadership skills

·    P&L Knowledge desired

·    High School degree or equivalent desired
