Responsibilities
* Foster an environment that respects team member and guests culture and opinions
* Provide constructive feedback to team members
* Use creativity to develop ways to encourage team members, build sales, and improve guest satisfaction
* Assist in hiring, training and development of team members
* Oversee food and beverage inventory
* Assist with financial analysis and forecasting


Qualifications
* At least 2 years experience as a salaried manager in fast food, family or casual dining
* Experience in maintaining or improving cost controls and quality standards
* Proven track record in improving growth and sales
* Leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and associates
* Prior knowledge with Performance Management
* Training & Professional Development
