Job Purpose:
To deliver delicous food that puts a YUM! on peoples faces in a clean restaurant with friendly people.
Duties:
* Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by hiring, training and developing, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees. Enforces all policies and procedures.
* Achieves restaurant operational objectives by delivering outstanding Guest service, preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
* Meets restaurant financial objectives by increasing Sales, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
* Manages food costs and Labor costs.
* Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.
* Publicizes the restaurant by posting marketing initiatives.
* Maintains ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, monitoring food presentation and service.
Skills/Qualifications:
Must have Restaurant Management experience, People Management, Customer Service, Managing Budgets, Self-Motivated, Positive Energy Level, Multi-tasking.
