Corporate Restaurant Company has an immediate opening for a dynamic and talented Restaurant General Manager in the Toledo area.  We are looking for high quality level candidates from places like Carrabba’s, Applebee's, Cheesecake Factory, Maggiano's, Houston's, Outback, Max and Erma's, Bonefish, or any privately owned or corporate  restaurants that are similar in quality and service.

Here is what you need to bring to the Table

• 3 years of current restaurant management experience.
• Must have proven success in P&L Management.
• Ability to gain, demonstrate and coach operational knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Appropriate and effective communication in all directions including excellent written, verbal and group communication skills.
• Ability to plan activities, set goals, effectively manage time & work calendar along with all available resources to accomplish assigned tasks and achieve organizational goals.
• Effectively demonstrates the ability to inspire your team toward personal improvement and operational development.
• Shows the ability to consistently contribute to the overall improvement of the team as well as individual team members. 
• Conducts and presents self with poise, integrity and professionalism.
