Typical Responsibilities: Ensure smooth and effective BOH operations in a high-volume environment, including following a corporate set menu, recipe adherence, food prep, etc.
Utilize skills in working with fresh foods to ensure guests receive impeccable food quality each and every time
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met at all times
Lead and develop line cooks / kitchen staff
Maintain kitchen supply stock levels
Take and track inventory, ordering and receiving of food products
Qualified Applicants should possess: - Current experience with scratch-made cooking in a high-volume casual dining concept
- Passion for preparing fresh food from start to finish via a set menu
- Knowledgeable in standard BOH procedures for food safety & sanitation
- Experience in checking and receiving food deliveries
- Proven track record in waste management
- Approachable leadership style
- Hands-on
- Very high energy & excited about BOH operations
