Job Requirements: 

• 2 years of General Management experience in full-service, high-volume, fast-paced, results oriented Restaurant environment 
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• P&L Proficiency
• An innate ability to motivate a team to a common set of goals
• Great experience developing a Management Team to accomplish all Sales, People and Profit Goals
• Good Tenure a Must! Minimum 2 years tenure with each employer
