Restaurant Manager - Casual Dining

Company Information
Our client owns two popular concepts in the southeastern United States. One night guests may choose to dine out in style while enjoying some of the best Angus beef, Danish baby back ribs, fresh seafood or signature pastas. Another night, guests may choose a fun night out in a restaurant that plays popular music on the jukebox and offers casual food choices from milkshakes to a burger and fries.

Position Overview
Management of operations for regional full-service multi-concept restaurant chain. Managers can expect to be trained in both culinary operations and hospitality operations.


Responsibilities
* Oversee hospitality and salesmanship of staff
* Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of dining room and/or kitchen and restaurant equipment
* Staffing, training, and scheduling employees
* Ensure high quality products and service are given to guests


Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years salaried management experience in family or casual dining
* Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction
* Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and associates
* Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls, and quality standards
* Prior knowledge with Performance Management
* Prior knowledge with Coaching & Corrective Action
*Training & Professional Development
* Willingness to relocate (now or in future) a plus
