Position Overview
Management responsibilities for operations of a quick-casual dining restaurant franchise.
Responsibilities
* Train and coach staff
* Maintenance of restaurant
* Schedule employees to cover shifts and meet labor budget
* Manage food inventory and kitchen operations
* Financial analysis and forecasting
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience as salaried manager in casual or family dining
* No more than 3 jobs in 7 years
* Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
* Evidence of loyalty
* Prior experience in P&L, forecasting, and sales building
* Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
