GENERAL MANAGERS, ASSISTANT MANAGERS, and KITCHEN MANAGERS

We are seeking experienced restaurant ASST managers and a GM for a national Chain, Kitchen Managers and General Managers for Tampa and  Orlando and Fort Myers area. We need one to 2 GM's right now for growth in Tampa and surrounding area and some strong Assts also in  other areas.

Requirements

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years full service management experience in a salaried capacity and be in the industry now. Experience in fast casual or fast food is also acceptable for Assts. Candidates should have high energy and a natural comfort with being hands on. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and team building skills, solid knowledge of restaurant operations, employee staffing, HR responsibilities, ordering, inventory, and P&L competency.
