Company Information:
Our client is a franchisee of the worlds largest casual dining chain with dozens of units in NJ and NY! They strive to provide a fun, social environment for their guests by creating a neighborhood feel. Creative drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), moderately priced foods, and frequently changing specials are what guests can expect to find when dining here. Our client knows the secret to their success is their team. They make work fun, and provide a chance for upward mobility for their managers and team members!

* 5-day work week
* No Breakfast
* Closes 11pm most nights
* Assistant Managers eligible to become a General Manager within 2 years



Responsibilities
* Schedule employees to meet labor budgets
* Manage food inventory and kitchen operations
* Financial analysis and forecasting
* Bar Management and liquor inventory
* Build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and guests
*Overall responsibility of the unit if hired as the General Manager


Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years casual dining management experience
* Proven ability to train and motivate a team
* Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls and quality standards
* Prior knowledge with Performance Management
* Prior knowledge with Coaching & Corrective Action
