They strive to provide a fun, social environment for their guests by creating a neighborhood feel. Creative drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), moderately priced foods, and frequently changing specials are what guests can expect to find when dining here. * 5-day work week
* No Breakfast
* Closes 11pm most nights
* Assistant Managers eligible to become a General Manager within 2 years


Responsibilities
* Schedule employees to meet labor budgets
* Manage food inventory and kitchen operations
* Financial analysis and forecasting
* Bar Management and liquor inventory
* Build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and guests
*Overall responsibility of the unit if hired as the General Manager


Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years casual dining management experience
* Proven ability to train and motivate a team
* Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls and quality standards
* Prior knowledge with Performance Management
* Prior knowledge with Coaching & Corrective Action
