- Ability to interview, hire and train other employees.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty.
- Proven success of building and cultivating strong,
- Positive working relationships.
- Computer literate in Windows based programs.
