Otarian is an exciting, new fast-casual global vegetarian restaurant chain - committed to offering a wide variety of multi-cultural dishes and excellent service. Flagship locations will open in the U.S. and U.K. in early 2010.

Restaurant Manager x 2
You will be responsible to ensure a safe, efficient and profitable operation, maintaining high standards of food service, in a sustainable environment. High commitment to health, safety and hygiene. Must be able to coordinate a variety of activities.
Applicants must be available to potentially travel to the head office in Perth, Australia once selected for Final Interview and up to a 4 week stay in Australia.
