In the fall of 2008 we aquired two restaurants inside the Colorado Belle Casino and will be transforming them into name branded concepts. One of the current concepts is called The Boiler Room which is a Brewery and Restaurant. The other is called the Paddlehweel which is a 24 hour diner. We are looking for managers for both of these locations. Eventually we will have 10 restaurants inside the Edgewater and Colorado Bell Casino so there is lots of opportunity for growth.
