The operations coordinator’s primary responsibility is ensuring the timely update of in-store interactive content.

Duties:

·        Monitor morning log reports and make appropriate changes to individual stations via development.

·        Ensure deployment of HD content.

·        Assist in troubleshooting of Retail 2.0 issues at individual stores

·        Communicate technical issues to MIS and follow up to ensure resolution of issue

·        Aid in deployment of weekly advertisements

·        Proofreading of all content prior to deployment

Qualifications:

·        Familiarity with standard computer applications

·        Weekend availability

        (the schedule for this position will be from Thursday to Monday)

·        Ability to learn keyboard shortcuts and ability to type at a high rate

·        Strong written and verbal communication ability

·        Candidate must be able to work from the Miami office
