    Managers and team leaders at PETCO are responsible for building long-term relationships founded on associate engagement, a commitment to customer service and the passion to promote and strengthen the human-animal bond.

     

    These positions require excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire a customer-focused culture. Recent retail management experience and knowledge of merchandising techniques are both strongly preferred. Our ideal candidates are customer-centric leaders with a desire to be involved in their local community.
