Retail Assistant Store Manager

Position Summary: Establish and maintain an environment to support Sales and Service.

General Purpose: Customer Service, Results, Operations, People Development

Role Qualifications:

· Teach and reinforce behaviors that result in managers and associates delivering Easy Sales and Service

· Develop associates to achieve results

· Coordinate and manage all store operations

Position Responsibilities:

· Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach and communicate with all associates and managers as well as assess performance

· Effectively coordinate & manage sales activities

· Effectively coordinate & manage all store operational activities

· Oversee timely processing of all personnel actions

· Stay current on new technologies and ensure associate understanding

· Ensure a positive customer experience

· Achieve store level earnings and sales goals

· Ensure company presentation standards are met

· Supervise store security and safety

· Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures

· Perform other related duties as assigned
