Banner Bank currently has an opening in the Portland Pearl District for an AVP & Retail Branch Manager. Candidates must have strong business development including small commercial loans and deposits. Responsible to ensure an exceptional level of customer service, create a proactive sales team, and lead the branch to profitability. Three plus years previous banking experience required along with leadership, team building, and management skills.
