Fannie May Confections Brands, Inc., a division of 1-800-Flowers.com, is seeking eager candidates that are ready to take that step into a management role!  We currently have openings at any of our retail store Davenport, IA.  We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills, previous leadership experience and a love for chocolate!

Responsibilities include: 

1. Successful sales generation


2. Manage staff (part-time/seasonal) including scheduling, hiring, etc.


3. Store presentation & merchandising


4. Operations/administrative tasks including productivity improvements, managing shrink, ordering product, and ensuring hygiene & quality standards are met. 


5. Provide exceptional customer care by greeting our customers, answering their questions and filling their request for orders
