Cosentino North America is looking for a Retail Programs Manager for it’s Stafford, TX location.

Description:


The Retail Program Manager’s main responsibility is to support national programs that drive sales and consistency of messages throughout Kitchen and Bath Stores through effective and efficient project management, relationship building, and service strategies.


Function:


·        Leads filed Promoter efforts across the United States. 


·        Assist on the execution of national kitchen and bath retail programs.


·        Monitor service levels and consistency of message throughout the United States through field Promoters.


·        Develops training programs and rapport with market Promoters.


·        Analyzes Promoter performance and provides direct course of action with strategic measures.


·        Hosts weekly status calls.


·        Develop high-level customer relationship management.  Maintain strong internal and external relationships.


·        Assist in the development, and preparation of presentations focused on sales solutions and responding to the specific needs of the clients.


·        Communicate with market Promoters to ensure sales goals and marketing objectives are met.


·        Provides bi-weekly reporting to marketing VP


·        Collect information regarding cost, availability, and general account specific information to generate sales data reports.


·        Maintain customer account information current.


·        Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting for kitchen and bath dealers


·        Supports the Marketing VP with other projects as needed.


Qualifications:


·        A degree in Business Related field is required.


·        Must have retail experience and be knowledgeable about independent retailers.


·        A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


·        Strong communication and personal skills.


·        Ability to multi-task and manage people.


·        Ability to manage the implementation of retail programs.


·        Travel up to 40%.


·        Understand target account practices.


·        5+ years retail sales, merchandising and corporate retail experience.
