Retail Regional Sales Manager-Consumer Goods

My client, a leader in the Consumer Products industry is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for a New England Territory.   As a Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of 11 or  more sales reps in the Boston/New England areas.

 

ALL WHO APPLY MUST HAVE:

  • 4 year degree
  • A minimum of 5 plus years of sales experience
  • Current experience calling on:  Demoulas, Big Y, Shaw's, Kroger, etc. a PLUS
  • Minimum 3 plus years of current experience managing people
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills-Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Willingness to travel
  • Broker management experience is a plus
