Marcone Supply, the nation’s largest independent distributor for appliance parts, cleaners, accessories, and essentials for your home, is seeking an outgoing enthusiastic individual to fill a position in our St. Louis Call Center.  The position is responsible for representing the customer’s needs and goals to ensure the highest level of quality by projecting a professional company image through phone interaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Answer phones and respond to customer requests

·         Sell product and place customer orders in computer system

·         Provide customers with product and service information

·         Up-sell products and services

·         Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system

·         Complete call logs and reports

Requirements:

·         Basic computer skills

·         Retail sales experience preferred

·         Strong work ethic

·         Flexible work schedule
