PELLA PRODUCTS, INC. OF GREENFIELD MA has an immediate full-time opening for a Retail Sales Representative in our Greenfield and Pioneer Valley territory.  Candidates are required to live in the sales territory.

This position is responsible for giving in-home presentations to potential customers who have inquired about our product and scheduled an appointment for more information.  The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively and close the sale while providing extraordinary customer service throughout the entire sales process.  Sales Reps are required to work in the W. Springfield showroom when not running field appointments in order to assist walk-in customers.

Successful candidate must be willing to travel throughout Western Mass, be detailed oriented, organized, and have the ability to close the sale in order to meet individual sales goals.  Candidates must also have above average math and computer skills including MS Office products.  An outgoing personality and strong motivational drive are essential for this position.  Prior sales experience is required.  Construction knowledge is a plus, but not required.
