• Be accountable for driving sales and demonstrating sales leadership by achieving daily,
weekly and monthly sales goals.• Set clear, ambitious performance goals for each member of your team.
• Be responsible for training, coaching and developing the Assistant Retail Sales Manager and Sales Consultants.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the latest technology as well as the new products and
services available through our client.• Lead a team that is driven to sell, succeed, and be rewarded for individual and team
success.• Strive to make every consumer a potential customer and demonstrate best-in-class
customer service.• Manage and oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations.
• Lead your team of sales professionals to exceed goals and foster a positive team
environment.• Exemplify professionalism and strong selling techniques.
Qualifications-
Are You The One For The Job?
• A minimum of 2 years year of experience in a retail sales environment within a selling or
customer service capacity.• A minimum of an additional 1 year supervisory or management experience within a retail
sales environment.• A proven history of closing sales, exceeding quotas and maximizing commission
potential.• The ability to work a flexible and varying schedule to include days, evenings, nights,
weekends and holidays.• A high school diploma or GED. A college degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• The ability to pass a required background and drug screen test.
