Day to Day:
Explaining the value and convenience of a wireless phone to a customer for a sale, selling the very hottest accessories and newest service options, calling past customers about product or service upgrades, getting familiar with our new products, role-playing to hone your sales skills, checking on orders, or even coaching other employees. You’ll never be bored. You’ll need a year of related experience, and although we don’t require a college degree, it’s a plus. But just as important as product knowledge or sales technique, is your commitment — to the professional sales process, to setting and meeting ambitious goals, and to creating a positive customer experience. After all, you’re the reason shoppers become customers, and tell their friends about us. You’re the engine that grows the company and an incredibly important member of our team.
