About the Job

iPCS provides Sprint wireless service to mid-sized cities and rural areas in eight states, from New York to Nebraska. Headquartered in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, iPCS has over 500 associates who are located throughout their territory.

Our Sprint store in Scranton, PA, is looking for a Retail Store Manager.

Retail Store Manager

This position will be accountable for associates, sales results, inventory, efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Develop programs to enhance associate knowledge, customer relations and sales. Monitor and analyze store trends, identify associate needs, and create coaching strategies to develop associates.

A retail sales background and prior supervisory experience are necessary, along with familiarity with POS and customer service systems. Strong computer skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. A working background in the wireless industry is highly desirable. High School or GED is required. College is preferred. Base pay starts out around $32,000 yearly.
