Job Title: General Manager
Reports to: District Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary: Establish and maintain an environment to support Easy Sales and Service.
General Purpose: Customer Service, Operations, Results, People Development, Sales Management
Role Qualifications:
· Teach and reinforce behaviors that result in managers and associates delivering Easy Sales and Service
· Coordinate and manage all store operations
· Develop associates to achieve results
Position Responsibilities:
· Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach, and communicate with all associates and managers as well as assess performance
· Ensure a positive customer experience
· Achieve store level earnings and sales goals
· Supervise store security and safety
· Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
· Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
· Three to five years progressively responsible store management experience in a retail environment.
