The
Store Manager is the Key Leader in the total operation of the store.
Every aspect of the business, from visual presentation to associate
training, and customer relations is in your court. In this hands-on
position, you make decisions in both merchandising and operational
areas that impact your store and the entire organization. Your
challenge is to integrate all aspects of your store and to provide a
smooth running, efficient, and productive operation. You are
responsible for the financial success of your store as well as
maintaining positive associate morale and customer loyalty.
