Leading retail organization in the Vernon Hills area seeking experienced Sales Store Manager.  This is one of the largest retail operations in the country and there is a rare opportunity for management with vast career growth potential. Responsibilities include managing and meeting sales goals, developing a business plan for company growth, to include advertising, marketing, training, sales goals, inventory control and coaching sales.  Maintaining store records, ensuring proper procures and policies are being follow, manning employee performance, performance reviews, implementing employee training and assisting staff in meeting their goals, fall under daily responsibilities as well.

We are looking for a manager that can grow our market area and promote and continue to build our image.  A Bachelors degree in Retail, Management, Marketing or Business Administration is required as well as 5+ years of retail supervisory experience.  We are looking for an assertive, influential sales management leader who is able to delegate authority, manage conflict and express ideas and coaching in a concise manner.
