community. Fox is currently looking for an experienced Clothing Retail
Store Manager for our Fox Store located in Las Vegas, NV
Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the daily and strategic store operations of a specific Fox retail store location.
Essential Functions of this Role:
• Responsible for maximizing sales and profits through efficient and effective customer service
• Maintain high standards for visual appearance of the store and effective product merchandising
• Plan and maintain optimum inventory levels with an intense awareness of store presentation and product movement
• Plan and oversee daily store operations to include inventory control,
security, cash management, paperwork, safety and loss prevention
• Recruiting, hiring, training, development, scheduling and supervision of all team members
• Implement standards of exceptional customer service to be maintained
by all team members to maximize sales and customer experience
• Actively seek information to keep self and team members current on
product knowledge (fit, style, function, product care, price) to best
assist guests with their wardrobe needs
• Work with other departments in Fox to ensure maximum company results are achieved
• Coordinate special events
Minimum Education, Experience and Skills Required:
• Must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in specialty store management within an upscale mall environment
• Proven sales ability
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a retail staff of
20+ people – able to prioritize, delegate and facilitate. Ability to
manage team in compliance with Federal and State Labor Law.
• Maintain team job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and evaluating job results.
• Experience with profit and loss management
• Strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to implement merchandising plans
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as the ability to motivate a team
• Ability to be professional and use discretion and independent judgment to make confident decisions and resolve issues
• College Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements:
• May be required to work more than 8 hours during a workday
• Ability to move about a retail store for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Scheduling Requirements:
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• After hours availability in case of unforeseen situation or emergency
