• Administer day to day store operations including tracking, ordering, and managing inventory to achieve maximum profitability
• Ensuring store security
• Maintain optimal displays of merchandise
• Maintain a positive employee environment and ensure that personnel are efficient, effective, and thoroughly trained
• Provide leadership to the entire store staff
• Ensure customer service is professional and courteous while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty
