To manage the assigned store in a manner which will ensure that all retail sales and related activities are performed in a professional, courteous, reliable and results-oriented manner.

1.        Participates with Supervisor in establishing meaningful goals and guidelines to retail sales operations, and developing effective plans and programs to obtain sales goals and objectives.

2.        Supervises and coordinates assigned retail functions and personnel.

3.        Ensures effective communication and implementation of approved plans and programs to obtain the understanding, involvement, and commitment of assigned personnel.

4.        Responsible for the appearance of all changes in the showroom.

5.        Ensures that all customers are assisted in  a professional, courteous, reliable, attentive, honest and responsive manner.  Personally assists customers as needed.

6.        Ensures that sales representatives continually promote the quality and service advantages of Company products, and that they continually seek opportunities to make ad-on sales.
