Managers:

Managers are vital in the success of any location.  They take responsibility and accountability for all sales and operational aspects of their store. The right individual will ensure outstanding service by creating a team and environment that is focused on identifying and meeting the needs of their customers.  They must demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company.

                Qualified Candidates:

-          Have at least 3 years of previous sales experience.

-          Have at least 1 year of assistant management/management experience in retail sales.

-          Be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.

-          High school graduate.

-          Have reliable transportation.

* Compensation package - $25,000.00 - $50,000 USD year (heath insurance benefits, 401K, paid vacation packages beginning after 1 year).

Sales Representatives:

SR’s are highly driven individuals who know how to communicate well with others by engaging customers, identifying needs and create value in the products and service that will meet those needs.  The right individual will follow directives, meet goals and work well with other team members. 

                Qualified Candidates:

-          High school graduate (or equivalent)

-          Have reliable transportation

*Compensation package - $20,000.00 - $30,000 USD year (health insurance benefits, 401K, paid vacation packages beginning after 1 year).
