Job description:
The Retention Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating and maintaining retention documents for all partners. They will work across multiple parts of the business (including but not limited to customer service, marketing, IT, operations, mailroom, legal and print production) to ensure that high quality communications are being delivered to all customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create renewal communications, contract documents, and letter sequence for new and existing products and partners
- Update and maintain the retention marketing communication stream and ensure compliance to legal, state, corporate and partner requirements
- Traffic documents through the approval process including obtaining necessary sign-offs, tracking status, identifying issues, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timelines are met
- Design and employ stationary for retention marketing campaigns; work with production to ensure letters are printed according to specifications and delivered on time for mailroom distribution
- Collaborate with the mailroom, IT, and customer service to implement retention tests on time and to specifications
- Track, compile, and analyze response rates to campaigns
- Assist in building and maintaining the table driven workflow in order to streamline the execution of the retention process
- Develop ad hoc letters, mailings, and tests
- Maintain and update the retention binders that are used across the business
- Adhere to corporate quality standards for each campaign
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related area
- A minimum of 2 years of general marketing experience that includes direct mail campaigns
- Computer literate; advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
