Retirement Plan Third Party Administrator
The Feingold Companies, a financial service company located in Worcester, MA has an opening for a Defined Benefit Plan Third Party Administrator. The position will primarily be responsible for administering defined benefit and defined contribution plans including cash balance plans.
Duties Include
- Perform benefit calculations for small defined benefit plans and defined contribution plans
- Communicate with clients on data collection and plan administration
- Conduct compliance, non-discrimination and cross testing
- Reconcile trust assets
- Interact with plan actuary
- Prepare plan actuarial reports and participant statements
- Create annual reports for plan sponsor
- Prepare and file government forms such as Form 5500
- Process payouts for plan participants
Qualified Candidates Will Have
- Knowledge of Defined Benefit retirement plans
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and work under a deadline
- Motivation to maintain current knowledge base of regulations affecting retirement plans
- Desire to broaden knowledge of both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plan rules
- Good math skills
