Broadview Networks is seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst for its Newark, NJ location.  This position is accountable for the development, implementation and management of necessary tools and procedures needed to maintain data consistency within Broadview’s systems based on Revenue Assurance requirements.  

Job Description:

• Day-to-day data analysis and internal audits
• Maintenance, development and implementation of reports and metrics required to track data consistency
• Complete root cause analysis as required
• Propose and implement solution
• Development of reporting tools
• Documentation and maintenance of internal system applications
• Establishing relationships with other groups and departments to effectively perform enterprise-wide tasks

Job Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Access and MS SQL Tools are essential, must have working knowledge of database, process documentation and reporting tools
• Ability to analyze dataset results
• Must be able to plan and implement activities and initiatives based on business requirements and objectives
• Must be able to prioritize own workload
• Must structure and communicate material and concepts effectively in both written and oral forms
• Must be comfortable and productive in working with cross-functional groups on issues in an effort to meet position objectives
• Effectively communicate data or arguments in a manner that gains acceptance or agreement.
• Experience in MS Access and MS SQL implementation and maintenance
• Experience if reports development
• General Telecom experience is beneficial
