In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for running analytics, identifying opportunities, and supporting decision-making for the Net Revenue Management (NRM) team while working cross functionally with sales, marketing and supply chain partners for the Beauty Brand Categories.


 


What we offer
Lead in-market core analytics for priority brands to identify opportunities to maximize merchandising effectiveness
Partner with brand teams develop pricing and merchandising strategies for new product introductions
Develop and identify opportunities to take pricing actions basis category actions, commodity inflation and/or product sizing opportunities
Maintain scorecards, lead preparation effectiveness reviews
Partner with Brand/Sales to develop customer sell-in stories when needed
Provide ongoing feedback on effectiveness of NRM approach, toolkit, and key enabling processes to COE 

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


Undergraduate business degree or other discipline that requires quantitative/analytical knowledge, MBA is a plus
1-3+ years of experience
Demonstrated proficiency in NRM (broadly understands all aspects of NRM; pricing & assortment)
Experience with modeling and advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated professional and academic success
Ability to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated analyses, as well as determine basic analyses required to support pricing & assortment decisions (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues and present results)
