Current Need

We are seeking a Revenue Management Executive (RME) to be a part of Revenue Cycle Solutions team. The RME will act as the Program Manager and Solution Leader with accountability for the overall delivery of solutions to our Customers, exceeding the Customers needs and expectations.



The essential responsibilities are to manage the project/program overall, manage customer relationship, manage McKesson delivery teams, escalate issue resolution appropriately and timely, identify add-on opportunities, and adhere to and refine Revenue Cycle methodologies. This position has accountability to the following:

1. Schedule appropriate McKesson and Customer resources as needed

2. Ensure solution delivery on time, on budget

3. Ensure business results as expected by customer

4. Set metrics, baselines, and targets

5. Monitor and report metrics by developing and ensuring execution of communication plans

6. Meet metrics targets and timeliness

7. Ensure customer satisfaction

8. Perform performance evaluation of Project Managers and other team members as appropriate

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Thorough knowledge of services management related to the healthcare industry and building system solutions. Standard Project Management tools, strategies and methods. Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value.

Must be able to travel 80%.



PMP Certification

Minimum Requirements

Requires 8+ years of project management experience working in a multi-disciplinary area in the healthcare informatics industry, including product support or installation experience.

Successful proven executive level presence is required.

Specific knowledge of McKesson Provider Technologies product and service offerings is preferred.

Exceptional communication, executive presence, presentation and leadership skills required.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and will be driven to exceed the customers and project goals, while leading a successful team.

Education

Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent related work experience.
