Assist Legal Group in exercising oversight responsibility for the company's compliance program, and provide research and other supports for legal group as assigned

• Planning and conducting compliance monitoring
• Working with business unit risk owners to increase awareness of the importance of the compliance program
• Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations to each business manager for corrective action
• Conducting investigations into reported compliance concerns
• Reviewing a wide variety of corporate and entity policies/procedures
• Presenting educational programs throughout the program.
• Performs special projects and provides research and other supports as assigned.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business law, business administration or other related areas.
• Knowledge of risk management with 3 to 5 years experience in a publicly traded company.
• Ability to understand legal material and recognize critical issues.
• Ability to conduct independent research and analysis and to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to prepare written communications for internal audiences and to make effective presentations.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse work environment.
• Proficiency in MS office (word, power point, excel & outlook).
