JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will identify, analyze, quantify, and coordinate mitigation of Enterprise level risks on behalf of the Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS) wing. The Risk manager will work with other contractor development teams to consolidate Enterprise and lower level risks and present all findings to management. A regular review cycle and risk board is necessary to ensure all risks are assessed for impact and recommendation(s) are provided.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Technical BS or equivalent experience
• 5+ years DoD acquisition experience
• Ability to identify, categorize and mitigate risk
• Know how on risk watch lists maintenance.
• Creating a Risk Management Plan
• Knowledge of the Active Risk Manager (ARM) tool
• Process improvement knowledge in Risk and Opportunity processes.
• Knowledge of outside Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) mission partners such as SMC/XR, AFSPC, STRATCOM, and other key Intelligence Community stakeholders.
• Experience working with an SE&I Team

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• US Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
• Project Management
• PMP Certified
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified

US Citizenship and an active DoD SECRET Clearance are required for the position.
