Responsibilities
The Risk Manager manages all aspects of risk within the business unit, ensuring that risk processes, programs and reports are consistent with corporate direction and policies. This is accomplished by developing, enhancing and maintaining a proactive and robust risk management program and related initiatives. Working closely with Business Unit and Corporate Risk Management, establishes annual risk management goals, conducts periodic program assessments, provides regulatory expertise and solutions, participates in corporate and/or cross-functional risk management initiatives and reporting of all risk management program activities.
Manages Risk Management Assessment and Self-Monitoring process, as well as examination readiness and management. Provides regulatory expertise and solutions on risk and compliance issues within business unit. Identifies, assesses, implements and communicates regulatory issuances. Reviews policies and procedures for adequacy and accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree required
6 -8 years of risk or operations experience
Leasing experience and/or knowledge of commercial loan operations preferred.
Excellent influencing, consulting, organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of operational and regulatory risk management principals.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Team Player
Some overnight travel required

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
