Manages a team of 12-15 collection associates in a Call Center environment, associates handle both inbound and outbound calls via a Davox Dialer. Monitor and coach on daily workflow and performance. Ensures delinquent loan servicing and customer communications adhere to customer and investor expectations and/or requirements. Responsibilities include motivating, coaching and developing associates to achieve optimal performance results and conducting regular performance appraisals. Resolve personnel issues and escalated calls in a timely manner and completes other duties as assigned. Candidate must be able to promote teamwork and foster the Bank of America Spirit.
