- Lead, coordinate and facilitate cross-functional project teams on small to medium size projects
- Administer the Credit Strategy systems and participate in the escalation, tracking, and recapping of events leading to issue resolution
- Identify, research, analyze and manage risks and interdependencies within system changes and partner with peers and management to identify plausible solutions
- Develop relationships with partners within Target Financial Services and Target Technology Services
- Partner with Target Assurance and other regulatory agencies to ensure that all issues are addressed by the Risk Management team.
Requirements
- Four year college degree
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Project management experience in cross functional environment
- Experience implementing quality assurance processes and analyzing different systems
