  • Lead, coordinate and facilitate cross-functional project teams on small to medium size projects
  • Administer the Credit Strategy systems and participate in the escalation, tracking, and recapping of events leading to issue resolution
  • Identify, research, analyze and manage risks and interdependencies within system changes and partner with peers and management to identify plausible solutions
  • Develop relationships with partners within Target Financial Services and Target Technology Services
  • Partner with Target Assurance and other regulatory agencies to ensure that all issues are addressed by the Risk Management team.
 
Requirements
  • Four year college degree
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Project management experience in cross functional environment
  • Experience implementing quality assurance processes and analyzing different systems
