Principal Accountabilities:

• Design and specify machining and welding processes, tooling and fixtures.
• Continue development  and optimization of the robotic welder
• Effectively lead project teams
• Develop manufacturing processes for new products and improvement of existing processes
• Lead the introduction of new products into production (this includes product development support, inter-factory product moves, and acquired products)
• Execute the NA capital equipment plan (on-time, within budget, and meeting original justification objectives)
• Support to maintain all certifications (ISO, ASME, etc).  Drive accountability and performance culture throughout the organization

Qualifications:

• Strong welding and fabricating background with robotic welding experience preferred
• Machining experience with strengths in milling of stainless steel
• Competent in PC usage with working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated CNC programming experience including the use of macro programming
• Ability to travel 10% of the time
