From our enchanted Theme Parks and world-class hotels to our spectacular shows and beloved characters, Disneyland® Resort Cast Members have a world of opportunity, and take pride in turning dreams into realities.
Room Attendant responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the Hotel property’s On Stage and Backstage locations which includes cleaning all Guest rooms, windows, lobby sidewalks, restrooms, pre-convention areas, entrances, and walkways to all Resort sites. Involves working in one of the following functions: Housekeeper, Room Host, House Person, Runner, Linen Chute (GCH only) Public Area, or Window Cleaner. Tasks include some or all of the following: Taking inventory of Guest supplies, delivering requested items to the Guests room (i.e., refrigerators, sleeping bags, amenities, pillows, blankets, coffee makers, ironing boards and irons, etc.). Picking up and delivering Guests' laundry and sorting dirty laundry.
As a Disneyland Resort Cast Member, you will be expected to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to our Guests and maintain the show quality of our resort.
