Royal Crest Dairy has a simple business philosophy: Make honest claims, provide quality service and conveniently deliver the finest milk to the customer's doorstep. Our customers love our milk because it tastes great and is ALL NATURAL! Since 1927, we have expanded our home delivery business to include a wide range of dairy products, breads, coffee and seasonal specialty items.

The Royal Crest Dairy delivery team has immediate openings for motivated, dedicated, and reliable delivery drivers who strive for excellence in customer service!  Our customers, all along the Front Range, depend on our drivers to deliver the finest and freshest milk and dairy products.

Your compensation is a combination of daily base pay plus unit pay calculated by the number of products you deliver to our customers. A typical route generates income between $2,500-$3,500, per month, for the driver. Our top drivers often earn $45,000 +  per year.  In addition to our competitive compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including: health and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, paid vacation time, paid sick time, 401(k) plan, and product discounts. 

 Requirements

Our “Best Driver" profile includes the following competencies and characteristics

·         Enjoys working the third shift (10PM—8AM).

·         Possesses a “Customer’s First!" attitude, while delivering the finest milk and dairy products to our loyal customers, every day.

·         Capable of working in a physically demanding work environment which includes bending; stretching; pushing, pulling and lifting a MINIMUM of 50 LBS; and extensive fast-paced walking in all weather conditions throughout the year.

·         Capable of managing a hand-held computerized information/ordering system and communicating via cell phone.

·         Knowledge of basic math, ability to read and write the English language, and map reading skills.

·         MUST have good driving record—potential candidates with 6+ points on their MVR--NEED NOT APPLY.

·     Desires to work for a great, family-owned, Colorado company with a loyal customer base!
