Farmer Bros. Co. is an established manufacturing and distribution company founded in 1912. We are currently seeking a Sales Trainee for our Colorado Springs, Colorado branch.

This is an entry-level position where you will learn our business from the ground up. The starting pay for this position is apx. $17.03 per hour.  This position is designed with the purpose of supporting and training for a Route Sales Representative position. Opportunities for advancement are unlimited for the appropriate individual who would seek to make a career with our company. The Sales Trainee employee will receive on-the-job training such as fundamentals in warehouse operations, inventory control, product knowledge, beverage equipment repair and route sales skills.
