About the Job
Rubber mixing and molding plant seeks experienced Chemist for development of formulas, approval of raw materials and vendors, maintenance of lab equipment and procedures. Must be a hands-on individual who has a desire to work with and improve the processes of mixing, extrusion and molding. Must be willing to travel to vendor and customer facilities to evaluate product performance both locally and internationally. (Travel ~ 10-15%). Previous experience in rubber formulation and process troubleshooting a plus. Competitive salary DOE and full benefits. EOE. Drug free workplace.
