The RxMentor Clinical Advisor is responsible for the clinical and quality oversight of the RxMentor program. As the RxMentor Clinical Advisor, you will:

-Develop clinical protocols to be utilized during medication therapy management consultations
-Pro-actively identify opportunities for targeted clinical interventions
-Provide expertise in the area of medication therapy management services
-Develop and analyze clinical metrics to address gaps in the continuity of care
-Interface with cross-functional teams and be an active participant within internal quality and safety committees
-Develop clinical training pieces and assist in the on-boarding of new associates
-Collaborate with internal and external clinical programs to improve quality and costs of pharmaceutical care
-Manage the RxMentor clinical quality program
-Provide medication therapy management to eligible members through one-on-one telephonic consultations (10%)

Role Essentials:
-Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD (preferred)
-Current, valid pharmacist license in good standing
-Board Certification and/or Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy
-Three + years clinical experience within a medication therapy management program
-Experience in managed care preferred
-Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, focused, and detail-oriented
